alright this is sort of a training question.
recently i've been waking up with dried blood in my nose and today i had a full on bloody nose. i never get bloody noses without being hit or something. so, do you think this is a sign of overtraining. i am at the end of week 2 of the hypertrophy program, so coyuld that be it. a coupole other factors would be lack of sleep and hot, dry room cause my cheap ass university won't turn the ac on (which is why i haven't been sleepin much).
so aside from gettin more sleep, do you think my body is tryin to tell me that this training is too much?

I actually woke up this morning just fine...but while washing my face...blood poured from my nose. Very strange. Maybe allergies or the change in climate.

i am hopin thats all it is...for both of us. but things aren't lookin too good right now for me. since i've started this hypertrophy program, i've lose 5 pounds, which can't be all fat , judging from looks.

this may be the fault of my diet though. i was tryin to cut by goin low carb and upping protein, but i don't think i was gettin enough calories or protein to make up for the lack of carbs, so i'm gonna say piss on cutting for now and start eating more carbs (from good sources as much as possible - no white bread and sugary foods).
