Had my first session of deadlifts today.
Doing 5x3
with a warm up and a max at either end.
I did some weighted chins with them afterwards. Aiming fo another 5x3
but i really wasnt feeling it.
Any suggestions on what else i could use?
Im going fo purely powe gains here
