What to ingest first thing when you wake up?

What is the first thing a bodybuilder should ingest upon rising to get your body into anabolic mode the quickest?
I was thinking of drinking this drink in water to not only put 16 ounces of water straight into the body but to also get those quick carbs and a little BCAA's

It has 31 grams of carbs and 5 grams of BCAA's.

Obviously following this I would drink a whey protein shake and have breakfast, but the little things do add up
 
i like the idea of either a few gear caps and muscle replenisher or big blast as soon as you get up and post w/o. each of these should be followed by a meal 30-60 minutes later.
 
That's an expensive choice though Joe.. Would this be good, to just use BCAA'S , Dextrose, 2 gear caps and some protein??
 
Anything wrong with just eating 3 eggs and 3 egg whites?

well that would be a fine meal for breakfast bro. If you are on a super cut . Not many cals in that meal and no carbs. Its a start. I like joes idea for a day starter. Then 30 mins to a hour later drop the breakfast.

Omelet 3 egg whites,2 eggs, FF cheddar shredded,sliced turkey

1.2 cup oats added half serving of vannilla protein powder,tbs power butter mix and enjoy.

Half cap cottage cheese

wash it all down with a espresso protein shake bwahahahahaaa bulk baby bulk. :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:
