Have u guys ever been in a position where you had no money to buy AS, supps and even got to cut down on your food?

What did u do with training then? I'm in that position now...and so far I've altered my training so that I'm just doing 1 bodypart 5 days a week. This time it's arms. Just arms 5 days a week...till my financial situation is ok again.

I feel some shoulder pain...probably because I'm not getting enough protein... but I'm very careful at the gym. Hopefully, when my cash comes in and I get to chow down all that food and protein again, my training will take off fine.

I live in an eastern European country....not that easy to find jobs here.

I overspent this month on a new DVD system...Things will be back to normal soon.cool!

Back to 1960's training. Pushups, pullups, bends and ab training without weights. You have calisthenics to warm up, stretching for improved blood flow and the above exercises. It si doable, for this is how I started out in the '70's. No great growth, but kept the bodyfat down until times change.

even if you cant eat properly still train...

...same thing happened to me when i was low on cash... just train and when you finally do get enough food your body will respond to it.

no excuses

Not being able to afford food is no excuse.

Grasshoppers = 12g of protein
Dung Beetles = 16g of protein
Centipedes = 6g of protein

This is not a question of whether you can afford it, it's a question of how bad you want to get big. It just seems like everyone wants to have everything handed to them, no one wants to put in the effort anymore.

Have had to live off of cans of tuna and ramen noodles for a while before. Just make sure you eat regularly even if you can't eat as much as you would like to. This will keep your body on schedule and you shouldn't lose too much.
