What on your plate for breakfast??

Lately iv been loving my new breakfast.. I have a package of maple oats and two scoops of my Cinnabon flavored trutien protien.. It's so delicious and has the following macros
450 cals
53g pro
48g carbs
7 g fat

Trutien protien is a 40 whey/40caisne 20egg white blend

Anyway, I think it's so convenient as it takes 2 seconds to make and can be taken on the go... Also curious as to what you all have for breakfast..
 
Egg beaters with shredded fat free cheese, broccoli, grilled chicken and hot sauce. Then a banana on my way out the door, making me hungry for it right now!
 
Blueberry, kale, celery, cucumber, apple, strawberry beetroot, supergreens & whey isolate smoothy.

2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, spinach/broccoli, carrots, sweet potato or plain cheerios, maybe some nonfat plain greek yogurt, water
 
1 cup of liquid egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 1/4 cup of low fat shredded cheese, 2/3 cup of oats, 1/2 scoop of whey to flavor the oats.
 
Three parts, 1/2 cup plain oats shaken up with 2scoops protein for pre work out. Then 1/2 cup plain oats and 1 scoop protein for post work out then 1 1/2 cups of egg whites and 2 whole eggs and 2 slices plain bread about 2 hours later.
 
Shakeoloy with one scoop of Bodybuilding.com cookies and cream whey protein, 1 tbls natural almond butter, 1tbls honey
3 whole grain waffle with a little honey and PB
2 eggs
2 full glasses of water to start the day off right

breakfast of champions!
