What is your ULTIMATE goal concerning fitness?

Goal for the summer is to get the body fat down. Sticking with the workout and diet, however, I'm not as uptight about it (at least for the summer), taking time to enjoy life and being happy.

Will get back to counting, dividing, etc. in the fall.
 
I wanna look BIG. I'm not into the "fit" look. I was 250 pounds at 6ft 3 last year and was getting closer to what I'd like to look like. Sure I'd like to be ripped too, but my first goal is size.

I definately look better with shirt off, then on, but I want to look OVERPOWERING when I walk into a room. I don't even look like I work out with clothes on! That's gotta change. I'm 36/37 years old and hope to be in even better shape when I'm 40. These are very important years for people who want to decide where to go with their physiques. Do they wanna take the easy way out, not workout and get fat/out of shape? or Do they wanna keep it going and be the guy/girl who stands out in the crowd of ever aging peers?

I'm 6'3". I want to be 250 with about 6 to 7% body fat. I was 240 with 7.5 and that looked almost perfect.
I want to be able to go out and feel like all the girls are staring at me while all the guys stare at the girl I'm with.

Ditto.

I'm in my early 30s and I see the people in my office (who are alot older then me) and see how they've let themselves get fat and out of shape. I don't want to go out like that.
 
To be ripped.
 
To maintain <10% bodyfat thru my 40's, BP twice my bodyweight and finish an Ironman qualifier.

those are pretty much my goals too...except i look like i workout when im wearing clothes but only cause im athick chick(back to front, not necessarily side to side)


at a college fair one guy was trying to sell me on his college and he was telling me about it and then he goes "and just wait till u see our gym brother" he mighta just been calling me fat tho
