I've recently started getting really bad pain in the area of the bottom of my pinky down to the middle of my outer forearm bone when I release the ez curl bar or when doing the under-over grip on shrugs or when handling the bar on deads in that same grip.
Does this happen to anyone else?
Didn't really start happening till I moved up in weight on standing ezbar bicep curls and like I said it only happens when I RELEASE the bar. It is weakening my grip overall because of the pain.
