What is the correct angle of bent over barbell rows?

I generally maintain about 40-45 degrees and keep elbows tucking into sides while pulling with my back.

This angle sound about right?

Im in a pos more like yates.. I prefer 60-70, this pos lets me handle more weight and takes the stress of my low back and more onto my lats. I guess its really personal pref as to what angle.. I know alot of people though that do it more at your angle.

I usually go about 45, at least to start. But if I'm not paying attention, I end up a little higher for those last reps.

I know all about that. Every set I'm on myself to maintain the correct angle.

I tend to bend over more on overhand rows than I do on underhand rows. Dbell rows I am almost nearly flat.

I also vary my elbows. I usually tuck on underhand and widen them out on overhand. What do you do?

Overhand, elbows tucked. I've been doing them that way for a while. Maybe it's time to switch to underhand.

I think I'll do that today. :D

60 degrees is considered best. Its safest since your lower back should not arch over.
