Hey dicksqueeze, before you start calling someone insecure you might wanna consider the fact that I very well could be someone that could effortlessly twist you up like a pretzel and throw you into a ditch without breaking a sweat.

You are a newb, and you surely aren't a mod, so why don't you let them do their job? When you show up at a new new gay bar do you pretend you're the fire marshall and immediately start looking around to make sure everything is up to code? If so, don't plan to make the VIP list anytime soon.

And before you go accusing me of being some trenbolone head,
why don't you post up a pic of yourself? I'd bet $1000 I looked better than you do when I was 20 years old and natural than you do today on some mega dosage of 5 different compounds. So go take a flying fuck through a rolling doughnut and quit talking shit. Insulin is a topic many of the mods don't even like being discussed here cuz morons like you seem to think insulin use isn't really that dangerous if you're "careful."

More gay jokes.....

Ok lets be real, your calling me gay IE: a homo, from a post that had nothing to do with sexuality.

I dont see how My saying "Guys lets stop giving him the risks of insulin and give him some information on the benefits." I dont see how that justifies your analogy for a fire marshal walking into a bar.

And on a side not, the threat of beating me up and tossing me in a ditch? Whats that all about, this is a online board and you dont even know what I look like (weight wise). You obviously feel very highly of your self, so I will not try and burst your confidence.

I know I am new to this board, but like everyone I am trying to share my information and knowledge.

insulin is for diabetics bro. if a healthy non diabetic person uses insulin it can cause diadetes. ask any diabetic (my father is diabetic) and they will tell you how hard it is to regulate insulin intake as safe doses vary from individuals, brands ,type of insulin, mixture, diet. even a little excess of insulin can trigger sudden hypoglycaemia which results in fits/seisures diadetic coma and can lead to death. i would leave the stuff well alone if i was you.

You got anyting to back those statements up? Insulin is a natural hormone produced by the body. Levels go up and down daily. Using exogenous insulin to influence levels post workout (when its normally used) isn't going to lead to diabetes. The only thing I've found is that humilin-R is actually more potentent than endogenous insulin which could in theroy lead to short term insulin desensitization, but I've never seen this demonstrated. I've used it for 10 years and have looked for studies indicating negative side effects. If you use common sense, and follow Monster's Insulin Primer: http://www.afboard.com/forum/anabolic-discussion/204222-monsters-insulin-primer.html you should have no problems. You'll know when you start going hypo... for some it occurs with as little as 2-4ius, with me, it has always taken at least 15. Always keep glucose tabs nearby and never inject at the gym expecting to take the sugars on your way home.

Otherwise, I don't think anyone can post any medical literature that reflects negatively on insulin injections leading to diabetes.

The reason I hit you with the emascualting flamage is because you were not "trying to offer information or knowledge." You were a newb trying to police this thread. The fire marshall analogy may have been sub par? A better one may be that you don't walk into someone's home you barely know and start rearranging the furniture to match your self imposed definition of Feng Shui. In other words, you were being rude, so I flipped you shit for it. You had it coming.

As far as the fight thing goes, chances are you are not bigger or stronger than I am. I live in Phoenix where there's no shortage of big guys and I have yet to see a guy in any gym here that carries 280lbs on a 6ft 1inch frame as well as I do(Cali is a different story-I'd be one of many in the audience at any state/national level show). Most people will say that size means nothing in a fight. Contrary to that belief I have many friends that fight MMA and they say that sheer strength and size is something they definitely consider a force to reckon with in a brawl. Jiu Jitsu champ or not, it doesn't negate the fact that a bigger stronger person could possibly prove to be a worthwhile adversary to even the most seasoned MMA guys. Bob Sapp is a perfect example. He's not that great of a fighter, and he gasses rather quickly, but in most cases he manhandles smaller opponents to where they get knocked out or submitted before their potentially superior cunning and skill can come into play. This is what I base my claims of being able to twist you up like a pretzel, etc is based upon. Could I be mistaken? Of course. As you stated, this is the internet and you could be some monster that makes me look like a cub scout. I sincerely doubt it though. The law of averages would tell me that you aren't, so I trash talked you accordingly.

In addition, my original post included anecdotal information about how insulin lead to the death of one of my "experienced" bodybuilding friends. I felt that this was far more valuable information to offer than telling the original poster how well insulin works, or does not. Sure, I could've given some detailed diatribe of how to use it safely(I use that term loosely) and how it worked for me in the past. I just feel that this would've been irresponsible of me to do without first pointing out that I felt that the risk of insulin use was hardly worth the rewards. Even now that this has been established, I couldn't offer the original poster any worthwhile advice on what kind of gains to expect with the use of insulin anyway due the limited 411 that was given of himself. However there is one constant I have to offer to anyone, if you fuck it up bad enough you will die.

Now go to Homo Depot and buy that track lighting for your crib that you wanted instead of trying to tell everyone what they should or should not post on this thread. :chomp: Yes, that was another attack on your manhood. Would you prefer that I rip on your mother instead??? If so, I have plenty of insults for her as well. :p

Do yo uknow of any studies that backs what you are saying? The pancrease in a healthy person does not shut down like the HPTA does in roids.

Make sure you know the signs and symptoms of hypoglycemia and dont take a big dose like 10 units, start off low and take some carbs right after you do it. In fact make sure you have the carbs sitting next to you when yo uinject then take them.

I won't disagree with you on this. However there are certain X-factors that could present themselves and result in irreversible consequences. When I read threads about guys accidentally taking too much of their research chemical clenbuterol and ending up in the ER because at the time they thought it was their research chemical Nolvadex, I must be realistic about how competent one might be using insulin when the end result may be death. Popping 3 Viagra cuz they look just like Aleve could prove to be pretty embarassing in some situations, but inadvertently taking too much insulin, or not ingesting enough/ having access to carbs afterwards (for whatever reason) is not a possibility that should be overlooked by anyone, experienced, proactive, cautious, or otherwise. Just my 2ccs.
