it's a software firewall, not necessary if you are behind a router

1) get a damn good router and SETUP VERY PROFESSIONALLY. Linksys is out.

2) install max security in your internet settings

3) use mozilla

4) donj't dl and run stupid shit and browse susp. sites.

5) turn off computer when not using

6) if u have SENSITIVE data - keep on a computer that's not hooked up to the net.

That's it. You dojn't see major servers of corporate companies running zone alarm and spybot and all tha tshit. In fact, i had to fix a computer who'se anti-spyare fucked up the windows ip stack.
