What does your gym lack?

I know everyone wants to say ass and titties, but I'd like some real responses too:) Here's the deal. Me and 3 friends are giving some serious consideration into opening a gym. What do think is important to have? It can be anything from a protein shake bar to types of equipment. Whatever you'd like to see at your gym.

I live in a small town of 8,000 people, so me and my friends lift at the high school weight room. I love that gym, high school hotties in spandex shorts and sports bra really gives me great pumps there.:D

Believe it or not, Standing Calf Rasie Machine and Seated Calf Raise Machine. Our Y has Neither. Other than that it is pretty well stocked, though it could have more of what it has.

Bumper plates, a place JUST for deadlifting. A weight jack. Pre loaded ez curl and straight bars. More than one power rack. Grips on the dumbells (my place doesn't have them)

Power cages, and a reverse hyper machine. Obscure I know, but 2 very important pieces of equipment.

Agreed. My membership just expired last week. The power cage they had was too narrow to do seated good mornings( an exercise I'm looking to add to my routine). They didn't have a T-bar row either.

calf machines, mirrors, would love to have a couple of cybex machines. Never even touched one yet. the gyms here in my town won't shell out the cash for them
