Just curious... i was buying so glutamine today and didn't no the difference between l and reg gultamine
thanks is advance for the replies

"L" (Latin for levo
) as opposed to a "D" (Latin for devo
). This denotes the spiral rotation of the chemical structure of the molecule. Proteins in plant and animal tissue (with the exception of DL-phenylalanine) are made from "L" forms of Amino Acids, thus "L" forms are considered to be more compatible with human biochemistry.

Good info bro. So would glutamine peptides still be l-glutamine just in a more absorbable form?

it should ALWAYS be L-Glutamine

same thing with any amino acid supplement: all the aminos (except one) should be on the L form -check the label
