temper temper.... I don't know who you think I am, but to be honest.. I've seen people post results from your program and it's nothing that amazing, I do think the gaining muscle and loosing fat at the same time thing about your program is a little over-hyped... I think that the only people that get your program are either newbs or people that are too lazy to make up a diet.. really I think a diet is not something worth paying for (that is my opinion though) and sure maybe some do, but like I said.. either newbs or people too lazy to do it.. but if anyone wants to use common sense/will power or even do some research I'm sure they can get shredded on your own.. I don't doubt that your program could work well.. but I think anyone that charges for a diet is taking from people what they can obtain for free....
also people that get results from your program, It's 90% their work.. cause it's just they have now payed for something, so they feel more obligated to carry through and work hard to get cut, as if they don't have alot of will power if they did their own diet maybe they would cheat and not do this or that... whatever...
I just said your program particularily because it has so much hype lately... more hype then a diet should IMO... and you and your clients always come on message boards spamming for it...
lots of different diets can get people shredded.. I bet you think this is a crap diet??

Glass of Orange Juice or Tea...

Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Vegetables and Rice
Tea
- Workout -
Snack: Juice or Protein Drink
Dinner:
Spaghetti and salad or another meal of rice and vegetables, chicken or sea food...
Glass of 2% milk

and that's another thing I've seen you look at other peoples diets and you say it's not good, but you don't tell how to fix it? cause you want them to pay you....
