just wondering what u guys think about my workout routine..
4 day split on weights-heavy with low reps one week; moderate with high reps the next
wed-back and chest
thur-bi's and tri's
fri-quads and hammies
sat.-shoulders abs calves

i am doing cardio 4 days a week as well..on the treadmill incline is as high as can go but on 2.5-3.0 mph

im 5'2 114 lbs 20f
goals-just get rid of skinny fat and get toned/very lean
 
when you mean 4 day split do u mean 4 days on, one day off, then repeat cycle?? or i saw you had certain days specified, are you working out those four days then taking three days rest?? if so i would reccoment splititng your days up and working some rest days in between lifting days, you will much lessen your chances of entering catabolism. i would go....
sun: off
mon: legs
tues: off
wed: chest, triceps
thurs: off
fri: back, biceps
sat: shoulders

working abs and calves in there somewhere. that is what i would recocment to u for a 4 day split, or change the days around to which best suits you, but get some rest days in there between the lifting days.
