just wondering what u guys think about my workout routine..
4 day split on weights-heavy with low reps one week; moderate with high reps the next
wed-back and chest
thur-bi's and tri's
fri-quads and hammies
sat.-shoulders abs calves
i am doing cardio 4 days a week as well..on the treadmill incline is as high as can go but on 2.5-3.0 mph
im 5'2 114 lbs 20f
goals-just get rid of skinny fat and get toned/very lean
