What can i do without chest effecting it?

I posted what happpened to me yesterday. My chest and clavicle is pretty f'd up, and i wont know whats wrong til i get it checked. Are there any bodyparts i can work without my chest hindering it? Im thinkin biceps and legs. I could use light weights, high reps, and try to focus more on slow twitch muscle fibers right?
