What are the strongest bodyweight to lift ratios?

A 3x bodyweight squat is fairly common in powerlifting. There is at least one guy who's done 1,000+ at less than 250 lbs.

My best friend that i used to play ball with in highschool was around 5'8, 185 lbs. This guy outlifted me in every lift. I really do believe a lot of it had to do with his shorter limbs. But this guy was a strong lil fucker.

an internet hero is claiming :

"im 5'6 190 with a max bench of 360 lbs, squat 450 something, deadlift well over 400 lbs"

how plausible do you folk think that would be considering he says that if you're 220 lbs and eating over 400 grams of protein a day you're wasting it and don't know shit?

these lifts would make him a class 2 powerlifter. here is the list on the different classes. to figure you class, add your three lifts (squat, bench, deadlift) take your body weight and round up to the next class (i.e. if you weigh 190, you are in the 198 class.) was going to post the chart, but i can't make it fit. so here is the link.

i did the following at 198.25
bench 430 (with pause in a comp)
squat 510 (ass to calf)
DL 610 (with wraps)

I never went over 200 grams of protein a day

master class plus 50

at a body weight of 198.25, that would put you in the 220 weight class. your total was 1550 with the three lifts, that would make you a Class 1 in your weight class.
the total shown on the charts shows the minimum 3 lift total for the PL status. so for you to be a master you would have to have a 3 lift total of 1675 at that body weight.
