What are the differences between BCAA in powder and caps

BCAA in caps or powder - what are the advantages of using capsulated BCAA? Is there any advantage at all? I am facing this choice now that I need more BCAA, and don't know if I'd better take the powder and drink it during the workout, or take the caps, and drink them before working out.

Its the exact same thing, the only difference is how do you prefer to take it. I would sip them during workout if it was my choice. Simply because otherwise I would need like 20 caps in one go, which will be jumping up and down in my stomach

BCAA's in caps and powder work just the same. The only difference is personal convenience. Just like @jay, I prefer to have my BCAA's in powder, so I can sip it during the training session, and don't have to take a bunch of caps. Besides, it is easier to keep a steady BCAA absorption with the powdered version.

They are the same thing. Just read the ingredients of any flavoured BCAA product carefully. A lot of flavoured BCAA products have a lot of sugar and carbohydrate fillers addd.
