Just out of curiosity I was wondering what some of your routines for dyn. bench look like. I noticed pljay said he doesn't do speed benches, so what do you do? How much do you guys do for upper back, my bench has been sticking about 6" of my chest and I'm pretty sure it's my back strength. Also, how much do you guys do for tri's?
