We're Going To Westside And Nazareth Barbell This Weekend!!!

God must like me.

We (DG21, Kg18, Corey, Genemachine, MJayM, and me) get to go watch Westside train Dynamic Squat day with Louie, Mike Ruggeria, Chuck Vogelpohl, Dave Tate, Matt Smith, and the other big guns fridays morning.

Then we're going to Nazareth, Penn, to train with Bill Crawford, Sebastian Burns, Mike Miller, and Bobbie Fields, etc. for a bench workout with the metal militia. (On Saturday Afternoon.)

Then Saturday night we get to go watch Mike Miller compete at Bench America on TV AT MIKE MILLER'S HOUSE!!!!

For real, I dare anyone to beat that!

This might be the best weekend of my life.
