Weight Ratios.

Was curious on some peoples ratios(bench/squat/deadlift/press/etc.) Just started a routine that's increasing my overall strength but some are going better than others.
Do most squat more than Deadlift and etc. Just wondering if I need to work one area harder to catch up.

I'm doing bench sets at 185# shoulder presses at 155#, Deadlift at 315#, Squats at 255#. (anymore info is on my log)

Someone posted about this not to long ago, and someone responded with an article about what the "ideal" ratios for the weights would be... IMHO people are going to have variations in which weights they do best. For example I only bench 230, but my deadlift is over 420

Yeah people often say a "good" strength ratio would be 1.5x bench, 2x bw squat and 2.5x deadlift.
i would say that would be quite good goals to shoot for . for someone starting out ill always say aim for 1 x bench , 1.5 squat , 2 x DL , chins +30/40% of bw added all done for 5 or 6 good deep reps with good form .

Thanks. That's close to my goals...ill just push a lil further to meet those ratios. Seems like all the different areas are coming along like they should then.
