Meal 1- 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oatmeal (steel-cut)
Meal 2- Protein shake made w/1%.
Meal 3- 4 oz. Tuna or chicken breast, 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup broccoli or spinach
Meal 4- Protein shake or bar.
Meal 5- same as meal 3, but no rice.

thats my diet when Im cutting.. & I also take ALA & CLA (after carb meals).
