It's been just over three weeks. I've eaten CLEAN. One cheat day and no cheating in between. I drink water or iced tea. I eat several small meals and they all consist of only lean meat, veggies, or clean carbs. I go to the gym 4 days a week and lift. I've also added cardio. Here's my problem: I haven't lost a single fcuking pound. I know, don't go by the scale, but I'm fat guys. I'm doing this to get thinner-not so I can be a well toned fat ass. The change in diet alone should've meant that I'd start dropping the typical 2 lbs a week-wouldn't it? I'm getting really discouraged here and worried. What the hell is wrong with me?

Any thoughts, suggestions, comments????

179 lbs...38% last time checked, will be checked again tonight.

Breakfast-oatmeal
10:00 am-1/4 c. almonds
12:00 PM-5 oz meat (chicken, turkey, or pork)
2:00 PM-1 c. veggies
4:00 PM-cottage cheese or brown rice or yam
8:00 PM-6 oz lean meat, veggie's-meat cooked w/ olive oil typically.

I mix it up pretty much everday-salad w/ fat free dressing some days, different order of food some days.

I'm also taking NYC stacks, as directed. No other supplements.

Oh, and I drink about 1 gallon of water everyday.

As far as workout goes, 20 mins cardio followed by about 90 minutes of lifting. 3 sets, 10 reps-weight depends on machine. About 45 seconds in between sets.

sorry but your workout, on a scale of 1-10...where 10 sucks ass is about a 15.


your diet isnt much better....you need a total overhaul.

Yeah, no point in BS'ing:)

I've read most of the summary thread, haven't had time to read the whole thing.

I just don't get it...I mean, I get that you said that what I'm eating/doing sucks, but it's better then nothing. I guess I'm just older now and I can't drop the pounds like I use to. It's just depressing, which isn't great for a diet, because there is soooo much riding on this. I HAVE to lose this weight and-well-I guess I'll just start over from scratch. Again....yuck:) It's hard to keep to starting over you know? I've overhauled this plan several times and just when I think I'm doing good, I find out I'm not.

thats why we are here Darlin......the summary thread ahs the diet and basic workout outline...just follow it for 2 weeks

I think I would be dead... and my reps would be useless at that point... I would be eating my muscle away rather then gaining new...
