It's been just over three weeks. I've eaten CLEAN. One cheat day and no cheating in between. I drink water or iced tea. I eat several small meals and they all consist of only lean meat, veggies, or clean carbs. I go to the gym 4 days a week and lift. I've also added cardio. Here's my problem: I haven't lost a single fcuking pound. I know, don't go by the scale, but I'm fat guys. I'm doing this to get thinner-not so I can be a well toned fat ass. The change in diet alone should've meant that I'd start dropping the typical 2 lbs a week-wouldn't it? I'm getting really discouraged here and worried. What the hell is wrong with me?
