I think carbs are about right
Only thing you could do if you really wanted to is drop a little and see how your energy levels change but if its working for you keep going
Yeah I can drop them but does it matter if my protein and calories are in check? I was previously under 70 carbs pretty regularly

Yeah the tirz will still be in your system for a bit so enjoy the smooth transition! The hunger might creep in around week 2, just stay on top of protein and you'll be sweet 💪

Had my bloods taken this morning. I’m due for my next test injection tomorrow morning before work so I figured it was the best time! Looking forward to seeing my levels, especially my e2, I feel my hormones have been swinging a fair bit. A lot to be said about only two test injections a week. Daily or EOD would be my best bet but also, I can do that with insulin needles but that adds up with IM surely.

No interesting life revelations today, I’m still surprised my strength seems to be going up every workout and in a deficit aswell!

Hey mate, finished with the tbol, I had my 4 week bloods done a few days ago and my cholesterol results were really bad unfortunately. Especially my apoB, so based on the recommendations on Evo I dropped it completely along with the mast to get things back on track with my Hdl and ldl

My strength gains were phenomenal. On a cut I went from a 37.5kg x 15 dumbbell bench press to a 45kg x 11 one. Every session I was like yeah let’s up it and my gym endurance was great. No noticeable difference in cardio but more threshold between muscle fatiguing during a set and finding more reps after that.

I’ve added my bloods here for reference 😄

Normally I'd say just push through because lipids always tank but its temporary but holy I've never seen hdl that low before!

Good supp list it could be improved , Your nac dose is too low we could bump that to 1000 or more split into two doses am an pm.

Yeah bro, orals mustn’t agree with me. My throat started getting oily and felt like it was constantly blocked. But since I stopped that’s gone and I’m sure the hdl would be a little better already. If my hdl was a bit higher I would have kept the mast in. Next time, I’ll add ezetimibe for sure and extra NAC. Big cancer issues in the family so I wanna avoid cardarine. My bloods are more reflective of superdrol blasts haha maybe the tbol is super overdosed?

Cardarine doesn't cause cancer man this is in rodent studies at like 50x the human dose.
I also cant run tbol I had liver issues after 4 weeks on 60mg ed
