my weight has become very erratic after coming off a all in one cycle(creatine,protein,glutamine)
i was putting on .5lb or 1lb a week with the diet i was on but last mon i weighed in at 12stone 1lb then today i weighed 12stone 5lb. i didnt drink at the weekend and theres no way ive put on 4lb in a week. thats around 14000 cals over in seven days
can anyone shed any light on this?
