Ok, after lurking for a while and reading these posts can anyone give me a definitive answer on when to take my GH shot for overall health/wellness/fat loss and recovery? I'm thirty, but my body feels like 50. 6'7' 215lbs 14% bf. I do mostly martial arts and compound lifts in my off days. My diet is very clean and is mostly lean meats and vegetables with fruits post workout. I'm currently doing 1iu 3 times a day (morning, noon and night) but I don't seem to be getting any results at all (1 month in).
From what I'm reading most people take a large shot first thing in the morning. Other posts are saying split it into 2, first thing in the morning and on an empty stomach right before my afternoon workouts.
Any thoughts, tips or advice on this?
