Week 1 of Anavar Cycle Beginner

Hello Everyone !

It is my first time using Anavar,

Body Stats
I am 37 , 165 cm , 75 kg , body fat 22-25% ... My main problem is that i get alot of fat in my belly area mainly and i want to loose it and make it flat..... and to reach a 15% body fat..

I plan my first cycle of 6 weeks cycle of 40 mg oxandrolone cycle i will take 20 mg in morning arround 9 AM and another 20 mg in 8-10 hours ... again my target from using Anavar is mainly to loose my belly and get some leen muscle mass,

Diet :
i am thinking to start 1700 Calories , and then from 3rd week 1950 ( my maintenance) with high protein ( 600 Calories from protein or 200g daily).. Protein shakes i gest arround 4 scoops daily Iso 0% carbs and 0% cholesterol with 25 mg of protein each. i also take 2 scoops of creatine daily ( some told me that i should take 6 scoops as it is good with anavar).


I am exercising 4 days a week,


My questions :

1) What is better taking 40 mg in one shot in morning , or split it ? and should i split further? What is the optimal hours split.. and should i increase the dose?

2) Should i take L-carnitine shots with anavar to help loose extra fat in my belly ?

3) how many mg of protein should i take, i calculated 200 mg as per my weight to maintain muscle gain.

4) if i forget to take the pills for like an hour or two would that affect anything?

5) I read about half life and that after two weeks the concentration in blood should be stable, any references?

6) how should i exercise ? split or full body ? what percentage of cardio ??

7) how many calories should i take and what diet should i do ? is it better to do keto diet?

I really appreciate any guidance you can give me regarding Anavar cycle...

At your age and with that Body Fat I would not be on anything yet. I would clean up you diet and train hard to put on muscle. Your body fat will start going down. I personally would crank up your calories a bit over 2000. Get used to training hard and eating proper. Get some results that way so you can take better advantage of the gear. It sounds like you want the anavar to take of your belly fat for you.

At your age your natural test is low. You should look to add some test to the cycle and boost the anavar. I don't think you will see any results from the gear.

20am and 20PM i would do 60mg instead of 40 tho, there is no optimal time however i like to take a dose one hr before hitting the gym

L-Carnitine is a non-essential amino acid that is involved in the metabolism of fat and commonly marketed as a weight loss supplement. L-Carnitine itself will not stimulate your body to burn fat but may be an essential nutrient in individuals with certain medical conditions such as heart disease ,diabeties...etc.

Your intake should be 1 and a half times your bodyweight, some even go up to twice that amount.

Mon (push) affects
Chest,Tri's, Shoulders

Tues(pull)
affects Back,Biceps, lats

Wed Free Squats, calves

Thurs Leg curls, abs











7) how many calories should i take and what diet should i do ? is it better to do keto diet?


You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods,not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.

its a myth that anavar will help you loose fat
How you look starts in the kitchen.

12-16 hr fasted cardio in the AM from your last meal on an empty stomach does a hatchett job on bodyfat.
 
Nutrition will dictate cutting or bulking and at 37 do not under estimate that var is suppressive on the natty T levels. With out Test as a base to replace your suppressed natty t levels a var only cycle could be rough. just my .02
