Water Quality in beer?

Ok, so if you drink 12oz beer, for sake of argument a light beer <4%>, then .48% of that fluid is alcohol and 99.52% is water.

Are you then in a sense hydrating yourself still?

Alcohol dehydrates you, doesn't it?

When I used to drink beer, I would piss like every 30 minutes, too. That must be dehydrating.
