Had a kid- decided forums were gay. Anyway I got a fuckin email from spellwin and now I'm back.

Pretty basic

Test e gram a week
Tren e 500mg a week
(Please nobody pitch hcgenerate or any sponsored supps to me lol )
Prolactin is in check(caber)
Sex drive is high- no issue there.
I'll drop tren at 11 weeks and continue to run test anyway.

Currently eating 600 cals below my baseline.

Recomp was for 2 weeks at maintenance pre the current macros.
While on test only.

I always hit my rear delts high volume- reason being they get hit almost every time I do back and they are quite developed as well as traps.

This is the fourth ad final day of my training cycle- so I restart tmo.. And keep going until I needs me some restasis.

Re asses my diet tmo as my weight has been stagnant for the past 3 days.

It looks like I'm probably about 210-215 am empty stomach.
Considerably well considering I was 223 before recomp.

Meaning I'll drop protein and carbs to 250g each and keep fats at 23% with 60g.

Beast mode bruh!! Those incline numbers are sick. Always been my downfall for chest. I can throw around 315 on the flat bench for about 5 clean 6 or 7 with some help or half ass reps. But my incline has been a bitch to increase!

Also I'm right with ya on the dumbbell curls bro. Fuck I see these fuckin twigs tossin around the 45's with more momentum than a fuckin lambo lookin like their gunna dislocate their entire arm. I stopped doing flat bench and only did incline and decline for years. That's what improved it for me man. Made sure I went up every week.

If I start off with flat I can work my way up to 405 for 1,2 well- based on math I could lol.

Did back and bus again today, which is the second time since tuesday I also did it lol numbers coming soon

And I've only done deadlifts the past four weeks.. Training for years and never done em lol.

We're basically on the exact same cycle right now man. Cept I'm at 500 tren and 100drol. Feels fannnntaastic, man I'm a heavy advocate that high tren low test is not ideal... I know it's all personal preference but I'm wayyy fuller and feel much more human with my tren low-moderate and my test real high.
 
I used to do gram of sust and 600 tren a a week.
Fuxking horrible.
Consistent cough and lethargic as fuck only had energy in the gym- 400-500 is my money for tren.
And I grow exceptionally on just test alone so I extort that for sure lol

Also, it was previously mentioned that you guys are advocates of running test higher than tren - is that more for keeping an overall feeling of well-being that having tren dosages higher? A buddy of mine says his favorite cycle to run is 300 mg test a week stacked with 600 mg tren ace EW and says the sides are pretty bad, but gains are worth it (in his mind) as he wants as little test as possible to let tren do its thing and more freely bind to receptors so I'm definitely curious!

Lots of dudes will bash high test with tren but for me and obviously for the boy trav here it's preferred... I actually have less sides with high test. I look just as dry or better even as long as my estro and diet and somewhat controlled.

And trav as for your Adex dose, I get away with .5 Ed on a gram of test, I think a mg might be a bit overkill, I would start at .5 and go from there... I tried going up to a mg and I felt like shit for a solid 2 weeks till I laid off a bit... Then everything was good again. Easier to increase the dose than to drop it back and wait for estro to rebound a bit IMO

Word good call, I actually was using 1mg a day of some UGL dex I just had laying around and then I switched to my good sources shit in pill form at the same dose and that's when I knew it was to much.

What you doin with your diet now? You gunna start gainin again? Or are you gunna use the drol to stay full and get strong as fuck while your shredding out?
 
So far I feel awesome.

After taking the Adex last night I look less puffy. Feel more dry. I fucked twice last night and twice this morning.. But who am I kidding with tren I'm always ready to rock, call me blessed lol.

Today is legs for the second time in 7 days.
I've had one rest day and that was last Sunday.
This week since a lot of stuff has been hit twice my weights won't be impressive but the growth will be,

There is a fine line between over training and calculated stress over time.

After this training cycle concludes tomorrow I'll take another day off and get back at it.

Today is my intuitive eating day.

Essentially
Eat when I'm hungry- count protein.
CRbs and fats are interchangeable.
I do this for my sanity and because calories are King.

Before I counted macros
I counted calories.
Sometimes I'd get 180 p 400c 70f
Sometimes I'd get 250 300 and 60.

All I'm aiming for today is 260-280g protein and the rest of my calories can be either carbs or fats in no particular order.

Nioooo doubt bro, I get the appetite increase from drol too, so I'm double owned by hunger hahaha. Only thing that curbs my appetite is sibutramine. Every other AAS or fat burner makes me hungry as shit lol. Cursed for cutting for life.

Bro, heavy deadlifts are straight up cut from my program when I'm runnin drol! There's just no fuckin chance, even seated cable rows are like tough to power through. I smashed legs today and wholy shit, my squat is gettin strong now, hit 475 ass to grass for a new PR. That was a 25 pound increase in 2 weeks LOL. But so I ever feel ya on the back pumps, it's just in the worst spot for me too like middle of my lower to mid back and even my traps by my neck get t pretty good too

I've had one day off in 12 training days. I'll go tonight and maybe not head back in until Sunday.

Even tho I never have problems with estrogen but this next run will be 800 test and maybe 500 Tren now that you said you were lethargic at 6 lol because I hate that lethargic bs with Tren.. My test is lower then my Tren right now so I'm hoping at the doses I stated above I'll be feeling a lot better.. Oh and I'll be kicking with drol too 😜 but I'm going strait to 75 a day for my first run. What do you think about .5 adex twice a week is that two low?

Yeeee high test is where it's at boys!!! Way nicer jus havin the tren to keep ya lean and add that strength boost, I'm sleeping better, training harder, and just as dry with my test at a gram and a higher carb/calorie intake than I was with my tren at rediculous doses. Never again will I run tren higher than test I don't think. And yeah .5mg a day Adex for me does the trick at a gram of test. Feels perfect right now so I ain't fuckin with it.

And trav your arms are fuckin badass bro, sounds like a DELT destructor day too. Nothin beats a insane shoulder pump on my books. Just feels amazing havin those baby's swell up.

I took today off, first day in a few weeks, couldn't stop eating all day hahaha I'm hoping I'm just a beast in the gym tomorrow for back/traps.

I am just stuck at 218 pounds man, hahaha, seriously bumped my cals up to 4300 training days and 3500 rest days and I'm gaining like .2 pounds a week 😂 goddamn tren just eating through macros like it ain't nobodies business!! It's a job to eat enough everyday!! Not complaining though I love foods.

Yeah no doubt! I'm stayin pretty fuckin lean which is awesome and I swear I look bigger every day so I wonder if I'm kinda just recomping a bit right now... But jeeezus by the end of the night my ab gut sticks out like 4 feet from all the damn food, fuckin beach ball living in my stomach hahaha it's so uncomfortable. Love the middle of the day though like 300 grams of carbs in then train, the pump and strength is just rediculous.

I think I need a "fuck a diet" day to re amp my gains lol. A day of cookies pizza sushi ice cream and cereal usually gets me goin again. 😂

I'm between 10-11% right now and that's me being conservative ..
I train hard as fuxk like I sweat and I leave the gym with a fuxkin limp- so I eat.

I'm not me Olympia- someone tells me to put the ice cream down I make them eat my empty nuts sack 💪🏻😂

I'm gunna do some serious eating today, I got les his morning and then delts later with my homie. Fuckin must've come close to 5000 cals yesterday, I stopped tracking at 4500 and had a big bowl of cereal and a couple PB +J sammy's after that and I fuckin came out exactly the same weight this morning. That's a full week of stuck at 218.2 on the dot naked AM weight. Goddamnit!!! Goin in for 6000 today 😂 I'm thinkin all you can eat sushi tonight no doubt!

Yes sir they are all over SoCal.. I would definitely get a 4x4.. Man this is making me hungry just ate one of my meal preps that was just salmon.. Yup just salmon.. It was good tho but not as good as in n out.. I need carbs!!! 😫 haha. I'll probably have another bowl of oatmeal before the gym later and maybe have a potato with dinner we'll see.
 
Apparently we have a "in n out" twin restaraunt called "Cali burger" coming into Canada. I think they are building it in Vancouver right now, same exact menu just different name but still owned by in n out.

Hahaha our lives are hillarious, what gear you runnin? What you trainin today? What you eating? Annnnnd noting else matters hahaha
 
And man Metallica just played in San Fran a few months ago that would have been bad ass to see them. They played with this band cage the elephant there pretty dope too.
 
Ooooooof boys, my legs just took an absolute thrashing!!! I am a mess right now hahaha. Hit up a volume day all drop/super sets and 15-20 rep range (after heavy squats to start obvs. Lol. Can't do a leg day without heavy squats on drol)
 
I can't wait 😁.. My last leg workout I did 10x10 squats starting at 135 and increasing weight by 20lbs each set.. Man my legs were fucked after that and I only made it to 6 sets then had to drop set the rest of the way.. Plus I had pined my quad the day before and had moved the pin around a little to much or something so it was killing me to the point where I couldn't do leg extensions I was only able to do press movements. Got a good workout tho
 
Going to do some back and bi today see what I can hammer out for rows because I'm for sure cutting deads until I'm done drol lol

I hit back and bis yesterday and did bis first to make sure I got a good bi workout.. I think I might hit shoulders and throw in a little chest today. But why no more deads that back pump or what..

I donno how powerlifting use that shit, it's rediculous. I even get it doing seated rows with the v-bar. Fuck I get it cooking sometimes when I'm bending over a bunch to grab dishes n pans n shit. No escaping that shit!!

No shit hey. My back workouts were like 90% chest supported exercises because i couldn't do barbell rows or anything with out my lower back being full of blood and i had to stretcg and foam roll between every set of squats

I've hit my shoulders a few times but only if it's a cc or less lol but after I do my shoulders look a lot fuller
 
I'm scared to hit my delts, I feel like if I get PIP bad in my shoukdersnitnwill ruin a full weeks training sessions besides legs! Gunna have to hit em eventually though. Maybe when I take a deload week after the drol blast I'll rock it out
