I know this doesn't naturally belong here, but I'll somehow meander it into a training related thread..
Well tonight I was doing some Mini band pressdowns for AR work.. Well I had a great pump going after that so I figured I'd throw a tape around my arms just for kicks.. Well much to my surprise they both measured out to almost exactly 20".. When I began training Westside just over 4 months ago they measured just under 18" pumped. I definitly won't complain about 2 inches in 4 months, especially since I haven't been concerned about gaining size.. My bodyweight is 230 at 6ft tall, up from 215 when I began Westside. And I haven't done a single curl during this time, but my bi's still grew...
Add this together with setting PRs every week and I just couldn't be happier.....
