Hi everyone! This is my first post but I've been reading on this forum for quite a while. I'm not a big body builder but I find a lot of information on here and I find a lot of the posts rather ammusing. Here's my question, have any of you ever tried the Vyo Tech Liquid Creatine Resum? You use 1 tablespoon 1/2 hour before every workout, it's guaranteed to give you 7g creatine. There's no loading and you only take it on work out days. I lift weights twice a week and do muay thai kickboxing 3 days a week (which by the way is a BRUTAL workout). If anybody knows anything about this stuff I would really appreciate some input. Will it help me at all? Thanks in advance.
