No really, this is great and I eat it this way every morning. I prefer my berries to be frozen. It helps to cool the oatmeal. Raspberries are good too. As are strawberries. Sometimes I use fat free sugar free vanilla pudding mix instead of splenda.
 
i like yogurt with my oats, and berries, and peanut butter and flaxseed, and protein.
 
I never liked sweet oatmeal. I used to just add salt, some chopped up chicken and sometimes nuts or hemp protein or cottage cheese.

I admit I may have weird tastebuds, though.
 
i just eat this low fat high protein yogurt i get from costcos. it has like 18gs protein 10gs carbs or something like that. PM omega and he'll tell you about it.
