The only thing bugging me about my phisique is my pecs. I can bench 385, 19.3 inch arms, pretty good six pack, whatever. I do almost all incline and a bit of flat exercises for chest. 1. I dont do incline, should I? My chest is just a wimp compared to the rest of my muscles. I have big triceps. 2. Does this take away from my chest exercises by my triceps doing all the work maybe?
I just want overall mass in my chest, and more of an upper chest. What should I do? Is it just genetics, or do I need implants,hehe.
