Approved Log Umbrella SARMS Stenabolic SR9011 and Cardarine GW-501516 Stack log

I hope you have a really good vegetable protein isolate, and some really good supplements for micronutrients. I was vegan for a little while for the duration of a therapy (Gurson therapy), and was vegetarian for about 16 years. I can’t really do that anymore though due to medical issues.
Hey Ori, I posted a pic of the OTC supplements I take but know exactly what you mean. For the protien I use Vivo life perform or Vega sport. Vivo is better in my opinion.

@usmc718 you're beasting it I see you really trying
dont worry you'll have more and more positives as you go, and IF is right do the fasting you'll feel better
I'm honestly not a huge fan of IF I prefer PF, but haven't found PF to be the best for lifters. The IF on rest days are more out of convenience and to help feel less hungry when I go to bed. I do feel lighter on those days. So one way or the other you are correct.

I'm really on a mission to try and get as close to my best as possible. I love a good challenge. Thanks for the encouragement and push.

Awesome that looks a lot better than the Sun Warrior plant protein powder I used to use about ten years ago. I don’t normally admit this, but to this day the best pre workout meal I’ve ever had is a vegan protein smoothie. A couple months ago I bought a bag of plant protein isolate and was making them again, they will likely reappear in my log in the coming months when I can afford to buy a bunch more protein supplements.

I have a bunch of variations but they are generally coconut water, plant protein isolate, honey, banana and mixed berries. I’ve always felt really good training on those, not just endurance etc but a really good mood as well.

if you follow any diet its best to stick to natural whole foods

vegan or veggie diets can be perfectly healthy IF you are eating fresh fruits and veggies organic. they can be NOT healthy if you are consuming things out of cans and processed junk.

that's an area where you can definitely improve on this

Steve respectfully in general I would agree with you but in my specific case I would disagree. I'm very careful with what I choose to eat. Is my diet perfect, no.Calling it unhealthy is over the top. Let me know if you want to see any specific labels to help clarify.

Pick some blood work you would like me to take and I'll get them the next go around. I've been doing this diet for 6 years and have dozens of labs done to make sure nothing is out of whack. I'd go as far as placing a gentleman's bet to make it interesting.

I just realised I typed honey, is a long time since I actually did vegan stuff, was agave syrup or rice bran syrup, honey is just something I have these days.

I would be curious to compare a vegan lifter diet vs a normal bodybuilder diet and compare blood work results before during and after a cycle be interesting data

i have no doubt you are healthy, but you could be healthier and have more energy by eating more whole foods is my point

an example is instead of peanut butter which is processed (it is crushed into butter which is a processing stage), eat raw nuts instead
instead of beans out of a can that have been in a can for weeks or months get some fresh beans/peas and cook them
more whole food fruits/veggies vs. packaged foods

just little changes like that can go a long way at improving energy and giving your body more top end fuel.

its your log though, so you get to do it your way and its not unhealthy by any means... but it can be improved is all i'm saying.
