This is going to be a log to watch! We've had this sponsorship locked in with @hypogaeum since March. Ordinarily we wouldn't have these locked in so far in advance but there's nothing ordinary about this guy....

@hypogaeum has a meticulous approach to planning. From how goes about the selection process of his PEDs stack or the combination of supplements to take to maximise synergistic effects - along with the most effective times for their intake - right down to his strict training regimen that is planned out in mesocycles, it is truly a process that was impressive to see. @hypogaeum's planning really is at an autist-level of >9000 😂

Grateful to be part of your journey and have you on the the team brother! Look forward to seeing you smash this 💪🔥

Session: Week 0 - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders & Lower Body Volume

Workout included incline dumbbell press-flyes, medium-grip bench press, cable overhead triceps extensions, leaning lateral raises, leg press, and cable kickbacks. Moved through everything in line with programmed weight and rep targets. Felt strong throughout. Cardio this morning was a 15-minute ride on the bike before breakfast.

Cardio:
15 minutes on the exercise bike first thing this morning.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal included porridge with milk, protein powder, and berries.
Pre-workout supps: Pump Juice Pineapple, Purple Reign, ALCAR.
Intra-workout: Pump Juice Pineapple and water.

Recovery:
Nine hours and 15 minutes sleep last night- best in a while. A rest-focused weekend helped reset despite the unexpected disruption on Saturday. Missed a few meals due to time at the hospital but the lighter intake appears to have brought weight down a bit (105.0kg yesterday morning). Joints feel good, and the body is responding well to the increase in volume. No soreness or inflammation noted.

Current PEDs:
140mg Test E / week
140mg Mast E / week
3.33IU GH / day
Pinned right VG this morning- continues to be an easy and reliable site.

Current Health Supplements:
Final week on the lower supplement intake. Include omega-3, CoQ10, K2, D3, citrus bergamot and magnesium.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No side effects noted. Mood, libido, and energy remain high. Injection site smooth.

Adjustments Made:
None- following program recommendations for both weight and volume.

Progress Updates:
No weigh-in this morning; weight yesterday was 105.0kg. Strength and volume are both trending up steadily.

General Comments:
The low stress environment is making consistency effortless. Aware this may shift, but making the most of it while it lasts. Recovery, energy, and execution are all tracking well heading into the final week of the cruise- looking to increase volume, weight and intensity slightly as the week progresses.

Really love the detail you put into these man keep it up.
Pump Juice is a personal favourite pre-workout of mine too, not a huge fan of super stimmed up pre's so its a really good alternative.
Also damn man nine hours of sleep! that's fucking goals haha

Week 0 - Back, Biceps, Forearms, Hamstrings & Calves

Session included single-arm cable rows, normal grip pulldowns, underhand EZ bar rows, EZ bar cable curls, reverse curls, stiff-legged deadlifts, and leg press calf raises. Execution was strong throughout. Movements were in line with the programmed plan, and weights continue to trend up. Pump and mind-muscle connection were both solid, particularly through back and arms.

Cardio:
15-minute walk at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout: Pump Juice Pineapple, Purple Reign, ALCAR, and water.
Intra-workout: Pump Juice Pineapple, creatine monohydrate (MuscleTech), and water.
No solid food pre-training.

Recovery:
6 hours and 9 minutes sleep. Sleep was disturbed due to a sick kid overnight but still managed to feel ready going into the session. No lingering soreness from prior training. Recovery is holding up well despite minor sleep disruption.

Current PEDs:
140mg Test E / week
140mg Mast E / week
3.33 IU GH / day
No injection today.

Current Health Supplements:
Final week on the simplified stack: omega-3, CoQ10, K2, D3, citrus bergamot, magnesium.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No side effects noted. Libido, mood, and energy all stable. No injection site issues. Joints remain in a good place.

Adjustments Made:
None today. Continuing to follow program recommendations for volume and intensity.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 105.4 kg
Strength continues to improve steadily. Weight lifted across all movements is trending up. Not really expecting definition to improve much over the next 20 weeks but we’ll hopefully have something solid to cut down too.

General Comments:
Despite disrupted sleep, energy and focus in the gym were where they needed to be. Training quality is high, recovery outlook remains positive, and consistency is holding strong. On track to build momentum through the rest of the week.

back double is the win shot bro
can you take naps on bad sleep days like today?

Week 0 - Chest, Triceps & Shoulders
Completed push-ups, incline dumbbell flyes, seated EZ bar overhead triceps extensions, close grip bench press, cable overhead rope extensions, and barbell upright rows. Slight reshuffling of the exercise order from plan, but nothing skipped. Pump was strong throughout, particularly in triceps. Didn’t push weight much higher today but pushed rep volume across the board.

Cardio:
20-minute walk at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout meal: Oats, full cream milk, protein powder, and mixed berries.
Pre-workout supps: Pump Juice, Purple Reign, ALCAR, and water.
Intra-workout: Vitargo, creatine monohydrate, Pump Juice, and water.

Recovery:
6 hours of broken sleep again with the second sick kid overnight. Despite that, energy levels were steady throughout the day and strong during the session. Recovery has remained solid between sessions- no soreness or joint issues leading in.

Current PEDs:
140mg Test E / week
140mg Mast E / week
3.33 IU GH / day
Injected left ventrogluteal this morning.

Current Health Supplements:
Final week of the simplified stack: omega-3, CoQ10, K2, D3, citrus bergamot and magnesium.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No side effects noted. Mood, energy, and libido remain stable. No injection site issues.

Adjustments Made:
Reordered exercises to better suit the session flow. Did not increase weight much but increased reps where appropriate.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 105.6kg
Pump was excellent, and fullness is encouraging. Strength holding steady with slight rep progression.

General Comments:
Despite the disrupted sleep, it was a productive day. Energy held up, recovery has been strong, and execution felt locked in. Aim is to get an early night tonight to stay ahead of fatigue and keep training quality high.

Seem to be over the sickness that took me out of action on Friday, so will be kicking things off as planned. Only caused issues for me for a bit less than 24 hours, so I’m thinking I got off lucky considering the kids and missus were about 3-4 days with bad symptoms before it got me.
Pins and supplements for the week all sorted and ready to go.

platinum labs bottles look super legit bro @hypogaeum
really love the @UGL OZ clean look
and the sickness you needs some chicken soup big time

125mg Test E, 200mg EQ and 60mg of NPP just jabbed, plus bumped my morning GH from 3.33IU up to 5IU as of this morning- all went as smoothly as you would want 😁 Big thanks again to the @UGL OZ team for such quality gear for this blast 🤩
Also did a quick blood pressure check after the jab (and also a bit of rushing about to get the dishwasher sorted before the missus came out). Overall very happy with the baseline and will work to keep things in the right space.

@hypogaeum the sickness is the worst thing
we need to be healthy to be able to kill it
so thats good that you are better

Session:
Week 1 - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders & Lower Body Volume
Session included incline dumbbell press-flyes, medium-grip bench press, overhead cable triceps extensions, leaning lateral raises, leg press and cable kickbacks. Excellent session across the board- pump was strong, energy was high, and strength continued trending upward despite coming off a rough few days with illness. Good control and execution across all movements.

Cardio:
None today, but steps were solid yesterday even while recovering from sickness.

Nutrition & Supps:
Struggled a bit with food volume post-lunch but managed a decent effort overall and had a decent sized dinner. Pre-workout included Disorder, Pump Juice, and Acetyl-L Carnitine with a good amount of water. Intra-workout included carb powder, creatine, Pump Juice, and water. Full-day supplement stack updated, including return of full health supplement protocol.

Recovery:
8 hours and 46 minutes of sleep last night. Sleep quality has actually been strong the past couple of days, helping recovery even with the setback from gastro. Body is feeling good, digestion seems stable, and water intake is back on track. No signs of fatigue despite poor sleep across the past week.

Current PEDs:
437.5mg Test E
800mg EQ (frontloaded this week only, dropping to 210mg from next week)
210mg NPP
All pinned to right glute this morning with no issues. Injection site handling the increased volume well, with glutes and quads ready for increased use during EQ frontload.
5IU GH (increased from 3.33IU as of this morning)

Current Health Supplements:
Full stack resumed- includes Vitamin D3, K2, CoQ10, Omega-3, Citrus Bergamot, NAC, Berb-Evail, Magnesium, Aspirin, and Telmisartan.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No issues at injection site. No negative effects from increased GH this morning. Mood, energy, libido, and mental clarity all excellent. Blood pressure reading this morning was 116/67 with resting pulse at 72 (after rushing about a bit)- well within target range.

Adjustments Made:
PEDs increased as part of blast protocol. EQ is being frontloaded this week at 800mg before dropping to 210mg ongoing. Test E increased to 437.5mg, NPP introduced at 210mg, and GH at 5IU daily. No changes made to training or food beyond working back into full volume post-illness. Food ramping up this week.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 104.1kg (down due to dehydration and reduced intake during gastro episode). Strength is trending back up and pump/vascularity is returning quickly.

General Comments:
Today felt like a proper return to rhythm after the hit from illness late last week. Fluid is back up, food mostly in check, and mentally things are sharp. Slightly higher work stress today trying to catch up, but not enough to throw off training or recovery. Confident the setup is now in place for a strong first week of the blast.

@hypogaeum bro that a lot of gear
why you need all that lol

@hypogaeum glad to hear you’re over the sickness. Now that’s one hell of a touchdown man

5 ius hgh lets see how that bloat or you ok on it bro
i like the new play but 800msg eq? damn

Cardio:
15 minute walk at lunch.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout: Purple Reign, Disorder, Pump Juice (Raspberry), Acetyl-L Carnitine.
Intra-workout: Pump Juice (Raspberry), Vitargo, creatine monohydrate.

Good increase in food intake today, digestive system handled it well. Photos of meals 1 and 2 attached.

Recovery:
7 hours 25 minutes of sleep. Quality has been consistently high the last few nights, waking up early and feeling refreshed. No excessive DOMS and recovery continues to be reliable.

Current PEDs:
Test E: 437.5mg/week
EQ: 800mg frontloaded this week only, dropping to 210mg/week moving forward

Strong return to form post-sickness. Body is responding well to food, training, and supplementation. Energy was high and everything clicked in today’s session. Will continue to monitor recovery and sleep quality.
Very nicely done on all this 💪

Session:
Week 3 - Shoulders, Hamstrings, Glutes & Calves

Workout attached. Shoulder pump came on fast and stayed full throughout the session. Took 20mg Cialis pre-workout, and the effect was strong- too strong in hindsight- with a lower back pump that impacted the ability to hit walking lunges as planned. Session still productive, and all target muscle groups were hit well with strong contractions.

Cardio:
25-minute walk at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre- and intra-workout nutrition attached. Pre included Disorder Preworkout, Pump Juice and Acetyl-L Carnitine. Intra consisted of Pump Juice and a plain carb powder alongside water. No deviations from standard food intake apart from higher calories across the week.

Recovery:
7 hours 3 minutes sleep with good quality. Right quad pinned this morning with no issues. Joints are solid, no discomfort noted. Digestion remains very strong and recovery capacity feels high.

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ frontloaded this week at 800mg, dropping to 210mg/week moving forward
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5IU/day (7 days per week)

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Libido and mood both high. No negative effects from the added compounds so far. Blood pressure remains excellent with Telmisartan doing its job, though monitoring will continue as EQ builds up. 20mg Cialis was too much pre-training due to excessive pump- will drop to 10mg moving forward.

Adjustments Made:
Dropped lunges today due to lower back pump from Cialis. No other changes.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 108.1kg. Holding more water, which is expected given the increased food and current compound changes. Strength and energy trending up.

General Comments:
Feeling really good across the board- mentally and physically. Looking forward to family time and getting in some light cardio across the weekend. Everything remains on track.I’m

Session:
Tuesday - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders, Quads, Glutes

Workout attached. Came into the session fresh after three days with no training outside of cardio. Pump came on early and stuck around through the entire workout. Strength held steady across pressing movements and quads were quick to warm up and fire. Adjusted intra-workout carbs by moving them into the pre-workout meal, which seemed to fuel the session well. Deliberate and focused reps throughout.

Cardio:
25-minute walk completed earlier in the day.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre and intra attached. Slight modification today by shifting carb powder to the pre-workout shake. Also had a carb-heavy lunch. Appetite is strong and digestion continues to hold up well.

Recovery:
7 hours and 5 minutes of solid sleep. Body felt rested heading into the session. Joints and connective tissue all in a good place- knees holding up well, likely due to a combination of NPP and extremely good hydration (knees are generally the first to start having issues if I’m not on top of things).

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ reduced to 210mg/week as of today
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5 IU/day (7 days per week)

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Right lat pinned this morning without issue. Libido has noticeably increased. Mood remains steady and positive. Blood pressure continues to read between 115-120 / 70-75. No other changes made today.

Adjustments Made:
Dropped EQ to 210mg/week starting today.
Intra carbs moved into pre-workout shake.
10mg cialis taken pre-workout which helped as far as the pump but wasn’t quite as painful or incapacitating as last time (20mg).

Progress Updates:
No weight recorded this morning. Muscle fullness and vascularity high. Looking to finish the week strong ahead of next week’s proactive deload.

General Comments:
Skipped yesterday’s session due to time constraints and feeling a touch off, but today was a strong return. System is running well- digestion, energy, sleep, and recovery are all on point. Pump today was a standout.

Session:
Week 4 - Back, Biceps & Abs
Session covered a range of cable and barbell pulling variations, with good increased intensity across all sets. Movements included single-arm cable rows, pulldowns, EZ bar rows, and several biceps exercises. Finished with hanging knee raises to hit the abs for the first time in a little while.

Cardio:
20-minute walk at lunchtime.

Nutrition & Supps:
Pre-workout included two scoops of protein powder with berries (1.5 hours before), then preworkout, acetyl-L-carnitine, and pump juice 30 minutes before. Intra-workout was pump juice, creatine, and water. Digestion continues to be in a good space.

Recovery:
7 hours and 25 minutes of sleep last night. No joint issues to note, and no lingering soreness. Energy levels are stable and recovery remains consistent.

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ 210mg/week
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5IU/day

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No injection today- next will be tomorrow morning. Libido continues to rise, energy and mood remain high. Blood pressure this morning was 120/72. Planning to drop the Cialis next week and only use when I’m chasing and especially good pump. Finding that the Pump Juice pre-workout and intra workout is sufficient, especially as the PED‘s kick in.

Adjustments Made:
None today.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 107.6kg. Strength and drive in the gym are trending up. Pumps are increasingly prominent and visuals holding steady despite the higher scale weight and increased calories.

General Comments:
Everything in a good place- libido, digestion, blood pressure, and overall mental state all trending positively. Confident in the protocol and really happy with the progress that I’m seeing in this first week and a half on the increased dosages.

Session:
Week 4 - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders & Traps

Session included push-ups, incline flyes, close grip bench press, and a range of cable-based triceps movements. Rounded things out with upright rows and shrugs. Triceps pump was especially strong and a slight elbow niggle that started to return was managed by adjusting exercise selections.

Cardio:
No cardio completed yet due to the early start, aiming for an evening walk.

Nutrition & Supps:
No solid meal pre-training due to timing. Pre-workout was Pump Juice and water, and a sugar-free Red Bull. Intra-workout included carb powder, creatine, L-carnitine and a second scoop of Pump Juice. Felt well-fuelled during the session and pumps came on strong.

Recovery:
Only 4 hours and 49 minutes of sleep due to a late night and early start. Will manage energy levels throughout the day and aim to improve sleep heading into tomorrow’s session. Elbow niggle came back, but discomfort was minor and didn't interfere once adjustments were made.

Current PEDs:Same as previously mentioned.

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
Injection into left lat this morning. No issues. Mood is excellent, likely boosted by both the session and last night’s win. Libido remains elevated and blood pressure continues to stay within range.

Adjustments Made:
Swapped out some tricep exercises to avoid aggravating the elbow. Outcome was positive with better pump and no discomfort during training.

Progress Updates:
Morning weight: 108.0kg. Pumps continue to improve and strength is trending upward. Visual fullness increasing.

General Comments:
Despite the short sleep, today felt really good and I'm glad that I didn't skip the session. Body is handling the load well and there's no concern with recovery at this stage. Another early session planned for tomorrow due to work commitments- will aim for better rest tonight.

how did you get so much mass so fast bro? lke you put on 20lbs !!!
I might have my math wrong, but I think I’m only up 5-6lb 🤔 Which is likely a combination of water weight (GH and increased gear) and and a bit of glycogen storage?

Session:
Week 4 - Biceps, Back & Forearms
Final session of the week. Started off feeling a bit flat due to it being another early morning session, but worked into it and finished with a solid arm pump. Movements included incline curls, preacher curls, cable hammer curls, pullovers, and wrist curls. Strength slightly down compared to afternoon sessions, but execution was still good.

Cardio:
30-minute walk completed last night. Plan is to repeat that tonight.

Nutrition & Supps:
No substantial meal pre-workout due to early timing. Got some Oxyshred in on the way to do the session, as well as some water to help with the pump. Intra-workout included pump juice, creatine, l-carnitine, and carb powder. Slower start in the gym reflected the lack of fuel going in.

Recovery:
7 hours and 33 minutes of sleep last night. Tennis elbow niggle returning/ lingering- exercise selection will be adjusted further to avoid aggravating it. No soreness otherwise, and joints are holding up well.

Current PEDs:
Test E 437.5mg/week
EQ 210mg/week
NPP 210mg/week
GH 5IU/day

Current Health Supplements:
Same as previously mentioned.

Side Effects & Adjustments:
No injection today. Cialis not used yesterday or today. Pumps were still strong but took longer to come on, and the absence of the cialis was noticeable. Appetite was unexpectedly lower yesterday despite a morning session. Planning for a slightly lower calorie intake next week to support digestion and overall system reset.

Adjustments Made:
Program will shift slightly at the end of next week to adjust the split and sub in some alternative movements to work around the elbow.

Progress Updates:
No morning weight recorded. Strength still climbing overall- any dips have been obviously related to tied to sleep and fuel timing, so very happy with the direction things are going.

General Comments:
Bigger day at work ahead- will stay on top of water intake and focus on getting meals in. Looking forward to returning to afternoon sessions next week and continuing the upward trend in performance.

@hypogaeum i wonder if any cialis was still in your system. it does have a long half life. i would bet some was
