I have had a nagging pain in my wrist that intensifies with each push up to the point where exercise does not outweigh the intense pain that follows.
I do not know the origin of the pain, but it has been there for several years and comes back whenever I do pushups.
The other pain that has me more bother is a pain right below my right calf. If I fully load the muscle I got an almost paralyzing pain that shoots along the outside of the back of my leg.
The pain is not there when I do calf raises or leg exercises just when in cirucmstances where I am working on something at the floor level and sit almost on my heels and stand up. It hurts far worse than the wrist does, but I can't figure out how it happened or what is going on...
Thanks-
