Tuna fish sandwich

[i dont car what any of you say, theres no way in hell your body can even come close to digesting all that protien.[/QUOTE]
Its never good to make generalized statements man. Maybe YOUR body cant digest that much but your not EVERYBODY bro. The problem is a lot of guys sit and read what jay cutler and ronnie coleman are eating and just apply it to themselves. But your talking about 300lbs of solid mass, And im pretty sure no one on here is there. But those guys are taking in around 600g a day of protein. I highly doubt that they are eating them at 30-40g a whack. Think about it if a 150lb guy can digest 30-40g a sitting, then i would think a 300lb guy could take down 60-80g. The problem is when the 150lb guy starts to shove down 80g a whack, but then again maybe some of them can, because EVERYONE IS DIFFERENT.

just to add to that...just because you take in more protein than your body can use its not like those calories dont count.

True, your body stores them as fat? i forget.

im staring at the tuna can right now. each can has 2.5 servings so thats 5 servings total. each serving has 15 grams of protien therefor 5*15 =75grams of protien.
