Trying to gain..........

As said before, I think 20 pounds is gonna be hard if you want to keep it lean. I've been hoarding food for a year and have only put on 15, and it's not all lean muscle either. :(
 
I'm pretty confident I can do 20lbs in 6 months with 90% being lean.......up the cals, keep the moderate cardio and train in the ams..........
 
havent started yet, but I willl........need to be totally dialed in and I'm still a little weary on how to make the changes.........

430 - WAKE and TRAIN
5:30 - Whey/Carb shake (20g/30g, creatine,gluatamine)
630 - 1/2 CUP OATS 1 scoop of protein
930 METRX MEAL REPLACEMENT SHAKE w/ skim and
w/1 tbsp. flaxseed oil
1200 6 OZ CHICKEN AND 6-8OZ YAM
LARGE SALAD and steamed veggiesl

230 TUNA WRAP - LOW CARB TORT.......TUNA PACK

430 35 MIN. CARDIO

600 6OZ CHICKEN, FEW cups of steamed veggies and
LARGE SALAD

900 PROTEIN SHAKE W/ SKIM AND EGG WHITES (SLOW DIGESTING) - couple 3 handfuls of roasted nuts, veggies (Fiber) and ff dill dip
