Trying to cut, need Help

I'm relatively new to the site, been here about a month. I put on some descent size this winter and now i'm trying to loose some BF.

My goal is to get somewhere around 10%BF

My Diet looks something like this:

Meal 1: 10:00am
usually a cup of oatmeal

Meal 2: 12:00pm
ON Whey protein shake (46g of protein, 220 cals)

Meal 3: 2:00pm
Usually chicken breast(either salad with chicken breast or chicken breast with some mixed vegetables).

Meal 4: 4:00pm
ON protein shake

Workout: 5:15pm
Cardio 30-45 minutes 3 or 4 days a week and lift

Follow workout with another ON shake

Meal 5: 9:00pm
Chicken breast or tuna with a vegetable. similar to meal 3.

Usually snack on bananas and apples during the day. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also do you recommend taking clen or something like thermorexin to help.
 
Hey jay how many total cals is that? i recomend going to Fitday.com and using there free diet logger. It can tell you the ratios of all the foods you ate through out the day, etc.

Also, i would replace the Shakes (not all of them) with Tuna or some real food that is high in protein. And also i learned that you need some fats(EFA's) in your diet as well. These EFA's should come from Fish oil/Flax Oil/Penuts/Etc. I just started eating ANPB(w/o bread because fats and bread are a nono mix). Plus Fat is very calorie Dense So if you are having a hard time hitting 2000 cals these will help alot. BUT DO NOT EAT OTHER FATS BESIDES HEALTHY ones, such as EFA's.(Essential Fatty Acids). Please dont go out and eat any kind of fat because i said you need fats in your diet. You need Certain Fats in your diet.

For men the minimum daily intake of Cals should be 1800. I was eating that, and now just went up to 2000 cals recently. Also, Pintoca has a cutting Calculator you should use. It will give you all the Necessary intakes for the day for your body weight/ and bf%.

also for your Post work Out Shake you should try and mix the Protein with Dextrose and Maltodextrin.

Also, I am running an Ephedrine and Caffein Stack to aid with my diet.

P.s. I really recomend reading up on Pintoca's posts considering he has lost a considerable amount of BF and has one of the cleanest diet/workout regimes i have seen in a long time. You could learn alot from his posts.

Any other "nutrionists" wanna help him out!

Unlike the others, I like the idea of MRP's. But I think it depends on your own body chemistry. I do think the guys have given sound advice for a starting point and or building blocks....
I like MRP's for the simple reason of my metabolism and TSH levels are not up to par with most people. My TSH averages around .590 and the baseline is .555 with the max of 5.5...so if you are somewhere in the mid range...then take the advice of the others. If you are low, then you need all the help you can get with the likes of MRP's and balls to the wall cardio. The results are still not fast, but they do come.
