I take it every once in a while when my body feels down, i take a 1/4cc of 200mg, that night, I always have the best sex ever, and it makes me FEEL great. I love the stuff, I would take it constantly, but I am about to lean down some, and it causes a little bloat. I have taken 1/4cc weekly for 3 months before and absolutly love it. I use enanthate, Tornell brand, the Brovel tends to break me out 
But it will do what your diet tells it to do in my opionion, you can easily bulk up on it, or lean down on it, its just I have better choices right now to lean down with and will take those in the mean time, but I wouldnt take them year round like I would test.
