This is my second cycle. First was Test prop at 100mg/ed and anavar at 60mg/ed. Gains were solid, gained 10 lbs, lean as f**k, abs were veiny lol. That was last year though. I just started a tren ace cycle 7 days ago. Tren at 75mg/ed and test prop at 100mg/ed .The very first day, I felt the Tren, ridiculous really:D. Leg day was incredible, my legs are still sore 3 days later. Training is 4 days on, 1day off. Yesterday was my chest day (2x) but I didnt feel the tren as much:( I did the same routine (hoping to increase the weight) but I couldn't. I did 275lb on the incline bench press 4 sets of 8 but I couldn't do anymore chest workouts after that (at least heavy ones). It could be my diet because I don't have a regimental diet and only eat about once or twice a day:(. Solid meals though. Or maybe because I love shooting in my delts, never shot in the ass, shot only once in the quad for leg day. The purpose of this cycle is gain more lean mass.

Can you guys chime in on this? Am I expecting too much? I experience strength gains every time at went to the gym on my first cycle, why not this one? btw I have no side effects from the tren:D
 
F tren!!! tried it, hated it, never do it again. its like liquid poison! i was doing the same 75mg of tren and 100mg of prop and at first i felt it, i knew it was the tren cause i started the prop later, but it didnt take long for it to turn south. but some people like it, just not me. im sticking to ole reliables win,test,deca, and ph's.
 
I would say your issue is your diet!!!! Without adequet energy (ie food) you wont get optimal results.

AAS will help the food go to the right place. It will also keep your from overtraining (sore for 3 days while on is scary!!)

Grab an apple and prot before the workout for energy. Grab the prot after the workout (and carbs and bcaa's etc) to recovver. Eat healthy meals with lean meats and good veggies.

Tren is very harsh!. (I am currently lethargic on it awaiting need2's Forged Burner for some umpfh but once in the gym I hit it like its Suzan Summers and her thigh master!!! does that make me old LOL

BING! You answered your own question. You are using an AAS that freaking eats you alive inside, but you're not feeding yourself at all. You can't be taking NEAR enough calories in. Fix your diet or get off the cycle. I'd imagine you're going to hit a brick wall at some point and crash if you are not careful.

well your only on day 7,give it some time.

You really need to eat more!!!

Also you should be experiencing sides
 
Tren is too strong and has too many sides for your 2nd, 3rd,or even 4th cycle IMHO.

It's the shit! The king of steroids. Something for advanced BB's only. I would suggest you:

A. Rework your diet.
B. Run Test, Primo, Var, Dbol. Before you jump into the NITRO FUNNY CAR CLASS.
C. Use Tren Ace when you DO try it next time, in a year. The effects hit you within days not weeks.

Anyone and everyon that tries tren for the first time MUST be able to do ED injects. Tren is (that has been stated) VERY harsh. So the #1 goal is to keep blood level constand throughout the cycle.

6 weeks ED injects and that way you will know if you want to keep doing tren or drop it.
 
look into GEAR.

and obviously eat more. but if you cannot get to food the gear will help.

and yes be careful with tren. it is very powerful and others have stated on here the nasty sides they've gotten from it. it has one of the highest side effects of any steroid that isn't flat out banned from being talked about on here.
