training till failure thoughts

I’ve been studying to be a personal trainer for the past week and I’ve been in the gym studying and also talking to some of the top guys that train their. Trying to get a sense of what they’re looking for in a trainer but also trying to learn about their techniques and training strategies
1 of the areas where there’s a lot of this agreement and strong opinions is training till failure
some of the guys are extremely Pro training till failure and say there’s no other way to train and others say that it’s not smart because you open yourself up to problems and injuries what are your thoughts?
 
my recommendation is try different strategies because each person will react different
 
a big part of weight training is building muscle memory as well
 
1 of the things I can recommend is watch some of the top guys in the gym and learn from them
 
you don't want to train till failure on every set that's just dumb
 
you better be making sure you warm up properly
