So today was shoulder day... Didn't feel too great going in... My whole body was sore... Started out with Standing behind the neck ohp, and almost broke my wrist on 135 lol... Got it up for 5, but it took two tries...
From that point my wrist hurt so bad I had to wrap it just to continue...
125lbs for 5 on bb upright rows
35lbs for 5 on db lat raises
90lbs for 5 on cable face pulls
Now I'm in bed hoping my wrist stops hurting lol
