Training back today. Bought an elbow sleeve so I can train through an injury to my elbow joint. I took it easy all last week, time to move on. Anyone else training through an injury?

i've had to drop volume since june cause i hurt the ol shoulder .
i'm just now getting back, alot of exercises i could keep up with, but most pressing moves killed me.i'm almost 100% though, but it has felt like a life time healing....:bawling: ..just be careful not to make that shit worse bro......PEACE

2 crushed discs, a blown right knee and a strange elbow condition.
I think I have a factory recall on my body:D

Good luck with your injury. Be smart about it bro, injuries suck

The elbow sleeve worked out great. I was able to continue with my progressive loading and picked up where I left off. I bought a neopreme sleeve, it wasn't my first choice though, I was looking for a fabric type. I only bought one because, not to brag, they only had one xxl. I would have bought two but that's all they had.
I figure I should support both joints equally. I am looking for something of similar support without the rubber material. The neopreme fucking stinks and makes the arm soaking wet with sweat. I took it off during a rest period and couldn't get it back on because my arm was so wet. Most important of all was no pain at all. Last week, all week, just picking up a 45lb plate was a bitch, today was great!
