R rez New member Jan 14, 2002 #1 I trained back and bi's yesterday and the inside of my elbow is really sore..not the joint, the muscles around it. Does this mean I am training my bi's incorrectly? Training looked like this; d/b hammer curls barbell curls and alternative bi curls
