R rez New member Jan 14, 2002 #1 I trained back and bi's yesterday and the inside of my elbow is really sore..not the joint, the muscles around it. Does this mean I am training my bi's incorectly? i did d/b hammer curls barbell curls and alternative bi curls

J Justin2000 New member Jan 15, 2002 #2 I think you should train your forearm very hard. Your biceps are stronger so your forearms can't take it. Maybe it helps!! Greetz Justin2000
