Between these TWO programs

I am dieting moderatley hard and about 14 days in to it............i have 50 days or so to go.

My recovery rates have increased exponetially siince I started taking something

anyway, here is progam one

1

day 1 chest - tris - delts

day 2 back - bis

day 4 legs - abs

(cardio 2 miles everynight)



program 2

day 1 delts - tris

day 2 back

day 3 chest - bis

day 4 legs - abs

(cardio 2 miles everynight)


I was wondering what looks better to you?

I just wonder if my present recovery rate can hanle program one for 50 days more on a moderatly hard diet
 
i like program2, it seems you may benifit by doing bis on chest day, since your working you tris a little bit too, you may feel a better pump while doing bis on chest day.
