Im about 9% bodyfat now. I already know about sodium loading/depleting, carb loading/depleting, and water loading/depleting. Im also plainnin on using some prep H before compitition on areas lookin to be holdin water.
The hard part for me is dieting down to 3-5% bodyfat without losing muscle mass. What do you think are the most important dieting tips you could give me for this?
