Top Tips for Precontest dieting...

Im about 9% bodyfat now. I already know about sodium loading/depleting, carb loading/depleting, and water loading/depleting. Im also plainnin on using some prep H before compitition on areas lookin to be holdin water.

The hard part for me is dieting down to 3-5% bodyfat without losing muscle mass. What do you think are the most important dieting tips you could give me for this?
 
high protein
moderate cardio
moderate fat
fat burners
T-3

if you find out give me a holler, shit I just want to get down to 7-8%. damn.... I just got down from 18% to 11% any suggestion would be nice.

the best advise i can offer is this............. pose.

i dont mean for a minute or two......... i mean as a workout.

i cant explain it but trust me i have found the differnece to be this in me and others, including pro's..........

try holding each of the eight manditory poses (the 8th being a most muscular because they always call for it.) for a minute each........... both sides and every direction........ do this for an hour everyday........... and for the days you carb back up do it for 2 hours a day............. i know.......... but belive me.......... you will give me karma for it after your show
