yeah, I definitely like option B. Although hard and long together in certain things isn't so bad.
Anyways, i had a question about the Saturday workout. Instead of doing taebo or pilates can i do a long steady run or is that not a good workout to trade out. I can make it to a class at my gym that is like a boot camp class but the weather is getting so nice that I figured if I could get out and run about 5 or 6 miles, that would be good.
