I know theres alot of ripped bros around here, so please take a look at my 12 week cutting plan. I have been bulking for 5 months, so I gained a fair amount of fat...now its time to see all that muscle. Heres the plan; let me know what u all think.

I will be reducing carbs from 400g day, by 25g per week until I get to 200g carbs per day. I will then stay there for 4 weeks. Once I get below 300g carbs, i will also have a 450g carb up day once per 5 days. All carbs are complex, all the time, except 50g simple post workout. I am also eating 350g protein (only counting COMPLETE sources). Cardio is low intensity, for 40minutes to 1 hour 3-4x per week. I am about 17% (202lbs)and want to get down to 12% while saving as much muscle as possible. I am also using 500mg test cyp per week.

Sound good? Should i lower carbs quicker? Go lower than 200g? what u all think? karma to those who reply. :)

Looks pretty solid.

I like that

A) You're keeping protein high

and

B) Your schedule is very realistic. Losing 5% bodyfat is very doable.

Cardio looks good, carb dropping schedule looks good too (personally I'd drop them quicker and replace them with healthy oils) but that's just me, I see no reason for you to change anything up unless you hit a sticking point.

Good luck, keep us posted.

thanks for the reply...k to u.

With my metabolism, if I do that much low intensity cardio, I will definitely lose weight....but I'll be losing muscle mass along with the fat. Personally I would substitute at least some high intensity cardio in there to maintain lean body mass.
