Deadlift: (all raw)
675 on a Volume Day
722 x 1 (maybe a belt)

Log Clean and Press: (my log)

Atlas Stones:
5 stones for time (285, 310, 320, 345, 365)
415 (big ugly) x 1

Super Yoke: (my yoke)

Short term goals.
Bench Press (Current) 365x1 ........2 week Goal 375 x 1........405 by Dec 31, 2003

Squat (Current) 425 x 1 .......2 week Goal 450 x 1 ........500 by Dec 31.

Deadlift (Curent) 405 x 1 ....... 2 week Goal 450 x 1 .......500 by Dec 31.

I'm two weeks out from maxing out and looking forward to it.
After I max out I want to spend the next 2 months leaning out. The next two months gaining some size and then set new goals.

215 solid lbs---currently 200, 10%bf
Deadlift 500lbs---currently 405
Squat 405lbs---currently 315
Incline bench 295---currently 235ish
Want to put an inch on my calves---the bastards haven't moved the tape measure in over a year!! Embarassed to give you the #'s
17in arms---currently 16in

Seriously the calves are gonna be the hardest part for me. I train em like crazy, they are just so f#$@ing stubborn. If anyone has good calf workouts send em my way.

I'd also like to clean my weight for 15 reps so far my best weight for 15 reps is 125 so this is a longer term goal
